Tell us the device, the fault and where you’ll be. Morning, lunch break, after work, on site. We work around your day, not ours.

We arrive and get to work
The van is a proper repair lab. Bench, power, lighting, microscope, diagnostic equipment and stock of the common parts. Nothing gets taken away.

Tested in front of you and handed straight back. You pay when it’s done, not before.

Nothing else.
There is a whole market in cheap replacement parts, and it is the reason so many repairs fail three months later. We don’t use them.
Every repair we carry out uses premium or OEM components, and every one is covered by a 12 month warranty on both the part and the workmanship. Not thirty days. Not three months. A full year, in writing.
If it fails within that year and it’s down to our work or our part, we come back out and put it right at no charge.

Every job that goes through the van is recorded and published to our TikTok and YouTube channels, so you can watch your own repair back and see exactly what was done to your device.
It started as a way of showing the work properly. It turned out to be the best answer to the oldest question in this trade: what actually happened to my device while it was out of my sight?
Nothing personal is ever filmed. It’s the bench, the tools and the device, never your screen contents, your home or anything that identifies you. If you’d rather we didn’t film your repair, just say so when we arrive.
Lab and board level work is the exception. That happens over days rather than in one sitting, so instead of a video you get progress photos and a written summary of what was found and fixed.

The kit
A real workshop, not a toolbox
This isn’t someone arriving with a screwdriver in a rucksack. The van carries what a good bench carries:
Behind the van is our in house lab, where the harder work happens. Board level faults, water damage recovery and anything needing component level repair goes there. Those take longer, but they’re the jobs most shops won’t attempt at all.

Can’t get to us, or outside our area? We also accept mail in repairs. Post it to us and we’ll return it repaired.
